I went in to have our 2026 Kia Sportage serviced with an oil change and a tire rotation. They were very informative regarding the service process and the amount of time it takes. They even offered to clean the outside and vacuum the inside front floor. It was all done in the perfect amount of time. While waiting inside the dealership, there was comfortable seating, beverages & popcorn available for free. What more could a person ask! It was an amazing first experience at Coughlin Kia in Lancaster, Ohio!

This business told my husband they would hold a truck to be purchased until he drove there as it was a 4 1/2 hour drive. My husband was 20 minutes away when they called and said they sold it. That was 9 hours of travel plus $90 in gas that Herrnstein had my husband waste! No compensation! They also relisted the truck on their website for a higher price the next day!
