Brought my F-150 in for the Works oil change special and recall on the PCM. I was waited on quickly. I was glad I had an $20 discount since prices have gone up. Thanks for having that available. All went well except recall couldn’t be completed due to Ford server being down. I will have to reschedule for that.

I think this dealership is absolute trash, whoever the female is that answered the phone earlier today needs to be fired. We were hung up on today when we inquired about the federal EV tax credit, which Bill Cole Ford was supposed to submit paperwork for. We have submitted a complaint to Ford’s BEV team and we will be pressing this matter further if necessary. We're now out $15,000 in tax credits alone thanks to Bill Cole Ford not doing their job. "Clean vehicle dealers and sellers must register with the IRS to submit time-of-sale reports and receive advance payments."
