Had appt. To look at used Traverses. Dealt with 2 sales people. Texted with salesperson night before to reaffirm appointment. Get there at 8:30 AM of course guy I talked with night before not there, or woman I dealt with before him not there and NO ONE there knew anything about ANYONE coming in to look at ANYTHING!!I
