Took the money and ran. - marty

Had them replace a starter on my truck. They used a reconditioned starter not a new one. 8 days later same problem they "fixed" returned. They would not help with the tow necessary to get the truck to them (2 miles), they would not offer to replace the faulty part without it costing me 2 1/2 hours of shop labor time......very expensive. No communication with management, no offers to assist or help in any way. I have done business with that shop before a few times but I will NO LONGER do business with that shop. They do not stand by their work and that is unacceptable to me.
