I scheduled an oil change for my vehicle. I do every change at this dealership and try to schedule them since I live 6 hours from Billings. This last oil change, though, we waited for two hours. I had my kids with me so it was frustrating to be stuck there for so long. We couldn’t use the app to track the progress either because it never updated.
