My daughter was rear ended on her way back to school in Missoula. We live 3 hours the opposite direction. Mike and Dave were instrumental in getting her car taken care of allowing us to just worry about her. Great guys!

Tried scamming me out of 1k on our verbal agreement. When caught the salesman was incredibly rude over the phone yelling "you're just confused" at me. Asked them to send me my original sales agreement and they "lost it because it wasn't important" even though they're required to keep it up to five years. That document was proof they tried stealing from me and they conveniently "lost it". Ended up refunding me the money back, essentially admitting to guilt. Truck ended up having a bunch of metal shavings in the fluid and they didn't repair other issues they said they would fix with the vehicle either. Highly unprofessional, this would have been my third vehicle purchased with them I can only imagine how they treat new clients. Will never purchase from them again.

Refused to help look up a part despite calling ahead and verifying they would. Arrived there 10 minutes later and nobody could/would help, waste of time.
