Terrible experience start to finish.. not sure if they are just inexperienced or incompetent. Bought a used G63 AMG from these guys, everything seemed great in the beginning- then debacle after debacle. Car showed up filthy, took 2 weeks to get the information on the extended warranty, started getting collections calls on my trade in- called the dealer and 30 days after the sale they still hadn’t sent the check… I asked for the GM multiple times, never got a call back. This is why nobody respects Genesis as a “luxury” brand. It’s the same people who sell you a $25k Elantra now selling you a GV80. Classless, don’t stick to their word. Disastrous experience.
