After a frustrating experience at another Toyota dealership—where they passed blame to Arlington over a snapped wheel stud—Arlington’s service manager Chris stepped up without hesitation and resolved the issue. While we waited, we ended up upgrading my husband’s car to a truck with the help of Patrick in sales. He made the process smooth and stress-free.
