First of I want to say, I was sceptical about this dealership in town. When I got here it was nothing like what I had heard or read. It was a very plesant. Randy was warm and great with my family. A true meaning of customer service. He was great with the kids and did not get impatient with us. When we got back to finance Mo was amazing he educated us on some more of the finacial services. Needless to say we left with ease and comfort in our decision to purchase from Granbury Nissan depite what we were told. Definatly worth seeing for yourself.

I bought a new 2024 Nissan Rogue Platinum.. I’ve been going to the dealership every weekend about this vehicle today. I’m here again is shaking like some motor mounts done broke off the engine and they told me they couldn’t get me in until Monday even though I bring my car Monday, it’s gonna sit and they say they’ll get to it Tuesday. I just called another Nissan dealership. I refuse to go to this dealership every time I come here bad Customer Service everything in the garage sucks.
