We stopped by to take a quick look at the Hyundai Santa Fe. We walked in and asked the receptionist to introduce us to a salesman. Steven Davis walked up, greeted us and took us out to look at a Santa Fe. Since it was rainy we chose not to drive it. We were in no hurry to purchase, just window shopping. About a week later we were in the neighborhood and stopped by to drive a Santa Fe. Steven was there and allowed us to drive one. We weren't intending to buy for another few weeks but did want to have our trade appraised. A few numbers back and forth and they ended up offering us a deal we could not refuse. They actually gave us the high end of KBB trade value. That never happens! The entire process was great. Easy, no pressure, and a fair deal. Finance also went smooth with no surprise add-ons. I highly recommend you give Steven and Principle Hyundai in Boerne a shot at earning your business. You'll be glad you did!

Dealership LOST $50,000 Cashier check. Blamed me for its loss, demanded I return the vehicle I purchased promising to hold the vehicle until I was able to replace the cashier check (90 days due to bank rules), returned my trade in vehicle damaged by their people and missing keys and parts, relisted the new vehicle for sale a week later. General manager claims I canceled the deal. I did not and was in near daily communication with finance manager. Case was transferred to a "Sales Manager" who took listing down for 2 weeks while I was still trying to replace the lost cashier's check. No communication beyond initial call with "Sales manager" Vehicle relisted again despite promises to hold vehicle. Manager told me I was out of luck. not their problem. I STILL dont have my money, they have damaged my existing truck, and cost me almost a 1000 dollars in damages and fees to correct their issue. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP

Very upset with service department. - Vruggiero

Very upset with service department. The manager could care less. I spent over $2k on service and they could not even get engine light to come off on my wife’s car. One excuse after another and their service agents literally just read from a computer generated service sheet. Manager is a joke and basically told me he does not what is going on and he is just there to do payroll. Your experience has forced us to never consider another Hyundai ever again. Sad that in a tough economy you are ripping people off in that service department. The quote that wins it all is last thing the agent said to us was “it is not safe to drive and tech estimates full breakdown in 1 month”. Wants us to spend another $6k on service. Buyers beware of this dealer.
