On FEB. 7th 2025 I was traveling from Cotullia TX to Sweeney TX . My 2020 Chevy engine had fail. I made to the Chevy dealer. When i arrived to the dealer they tested my truck with the computer. It had 47 codes. They determined that the moter had failed. I call the company that had my Warranty on the truck. They ask for 4 videos and Vetrans chey sent it to them. The company did nothing to resolve the issue or pay for a new motor. I had to purchase a new truck . The guys in the service was very helpful and worked had to resolve the problem. I had to purchase a new Truck so i could go home. I would like to say thank you to all the employees that helped me get back on the road. I know this is where God sent me. Thank you for every thing you did wish you was my dealer back home. God bless you and again thank you

Purchased a vehicle from this dealership in May 2024 — and within just days, serious problems began to surface. I returned the vehicle multiple times and made repeated requests for repairs. Over the course of several months, I personally demonstrated the issues to service staff, recorded conversations and incidents, and even installed a dash cam to document the ongoing problems. Despite all of this, the dealership refused to repair the vehicle. As of July 1, 2025, the dealership has still refused to release the vehicle's service records. When the co-owner requested them, they were told “we don’t have any,” despite the vehicle spending multiple days — even a week at a time— on their lot. Involved individuals: Stephanie Johnson (Service Dept): Offers no assistance and passes customers off to a service manager who lacks knowledge or initiative. Alan Whitson (Service Manager): Refuses to take responsibility, denies valid concerns, and places blame on the customer. Tommy Taylor (General Manager): Acknowledged the issue and even said they would "just go ahead and replace the radio" — which was never done. Nancy Kern: Handled communication with the DMV during the formal complaint I filed. After that, the dealership refused all service, claiming that I had “taken legal action” simply by initiating the complaint. This dealership is not trustworthy. In fact, they went so far as to issue a criminal trespass warning against a disabled veteran — solely to avoid making necessary repairs. They ignore warranty obligations, avoid accountability, and withhold documentation that customers are legally entitled to receive.

This dealership is horrible at fixing vehicles. Took my vehicle around 3-4 times to get the AC fixed in it and they will replace all the expensive parts without fixing the AC. Had my AC going out on my 2018 Tahoe took it in the first time. I informed them that compressor was going out and it possibly needs a new compressor due to research on the issue it was having. They took it for a week and then they told me my rear evaporator is leaking replaced it said it was fixed didn’t make it 15min down the road and it completely went out worst than when I dropped it off took it back in and said the compressor was out (what I originally told them the issue was due to my own research). Replaced the compressor and it was good for almost 2 months and started again. At this point I was suspecting a leak or faulty new compressor. Took it to another shop to diagnose since the first few times dealer couldn’t fix issue. They told me the compressor was not working properly. Since it was just replaced I took it to dealer to get warranty compressor. They informed me that compressor was fine and had a leak in front evaporator core and quoted me $4000 to fix. Told them I didn’t trust there opinion and was getting a 3rd opinion took it to 3rd mechanic and after a week of tracking down the issue they informed me that they can send command to compressor to turn on some times it did some times it didn’t witch that was the issue I was having. And the solenoid inside the compressor was sticking and it needs a new compressor. Went to the dealer with my findings to get a new compressor so other mechanic can fix the issue properly. Was told I’m out of luck unless I bring vehicle back to them. Not a chance on this earth will AL Wilford ever receive another dime from me and will let everyone know they have mechanics that can’t figure out a problem even if u spell it out for them. Do not take your vehicle here if u actually want it fixed!

On 12/7/08 My wifes Suburban broke down in Yoakum while visiting her mother in the hospital, My brother-in-law had Cooper Cheverolet pick it up and was told the fuel pump was bad 400.00 to repair, they then called back and was told it need a wiring harness another 400.00 we told them to put the parts in a box and we would pick it up but they charged 190.00 to put it back together, it was brought back to my regular mechanic and repaired by replacing a 20.00 harness and labor totaling 192.00, he said there was nothing wrong with the fiel pump. I called a dealer in Houston and was told a new fuel pump comes with a wiring harness
