When the GM takes the time to hand write a letter - Rich56

When the GM takes the time to hand write a letter personally, understanding your situation and inviting you to not only help with getting a new vehicle but guiding the way out of a bad situation from a trade in vehicle. The cherry on top was the additional value given for the trade, without hesitation! The salesman, Jesse Hernandez, was hands down the BEST sales person I have ever come across. On arrival he already had several options taylor fitted for Me and exactly what I wanted, all within the first 15min. By the 20min mark we were signing paperwork and within 2hrs we wrapped it all up. I asked, they listened and gave me More than what I ever expected all while respecting the value of my time! Payne Weslaco Ford is Definitely the place for Rock Stars and I would like to personally thank the GM and Jesse Hernandez for their time!

This dealership and service business is now SAMES Ford, - C Guist

This dealership and service business is now SAMES Ford, under new ownership. When checking in for our appointment, we were told there was not one and would need to wait our turn- 1 1/2 hours then 45 minutes for the oil change. I showed her the email appointment notice- date, time, confirmation. She said "that is not a guaranteed appointment, you still wait your turn in line. Appointments allow us to know how many people are planning to come, then we know how many technicians to schedule". There is no need to make an appointment at this business, plan to wait your turn.

If you have a problem with a vehicle they'll service it - j

If you have a problem with a vehicle they'll service it but it won't be until the second or third time. I have brought multiple vehicles to get serviced here first lasted 2 months before the gaskets they installed on my ecoboost turbo loosened and spilled oil leaving me stranded on I-10 8 hours from home. Second vehicle was brought in for a weird noise they said it was the rear differential, same thing lasted two months in service, once I got it out the same noise started happening again took it back to them and now, they're saying it's the front differential. Will keep ya'll posted to see if this happens again or not. Sadly, this is the closest service department my warranty covers. Major inconvenience.

I was told that I was approved by the sales rep. - ILM1976

I was told that I was approved then that they neede a coapplicant I submitted my additional information then that I needed to call the credit bureau to remove an alert and I did. The alert was removed and then they told me the additional information was not good enough. Then they requested my moms information in which I submitted. The sales rep then called me , but he didn't know. He said only nonsense and going in circles and no one knows anything. Bad customer service very unprofessional.
