This is my second Truck that I purchased from Lithia. I have to say I’m deeply disappointed about being dismissed when I placed a review on their website about the lack of attention their service techs have when servicing my vehicle. When I emailed and texted the service writer I was expecting a response about the disappointment with their service but it fell on deaf ears. I wont go into detail but What I will say is I most likely will not be purchasing another Truck from them and I will be looking to get a refund on the remaining lifetime oil change service that I purchased. My husband took our Ford 150 truck to have tail gate fixed and to have everything checked over as we were going on a road trip with our grandson. We picked up truck and asked how everything checked out. We were told good! My husband asked again did they do a check and we were told yes! Tailgate works but we had to take truck in the next day because of a slow leak in tire as all tire pressure was off. Two days into our trip we had to abort our plans because of clunking noise in front end. My husband is now running around trying to find a place to get it fixed. I am thankful we made it to a relatives in Wa. We understand things happen but really don’t believe truck was inspected or they would have caught tire issue and maybe clunking problem!

I had the opportunity to visit the service department here on 9/1/18. However I didn't get my vehicle serviced here as I was passing through pulling a trailer and broke down and only 391 miles from my home dealer. I had the pleasure to deal with Lori Lupo the only service advisor working on a Saturday. I had a charge air cooler tube blow off. I asked if she could check to see if its covered under warranty. I was told that she didn't know how to do that and the guy that does all the warranty work isn't there till Monday. I walked her through the process of looking it up through Ford Oasis. Which it was covered under warranty. Then was told that they couldn't take a look at it until 9/14/18. I even asked if someone could come out and just take a look at it to help band aid it so I can get to my destination. I completely understand that it's hard to take in walk ins and especially on the weekend. However taking a couple of minutes out of the day to have a technician come and take a quick look isn't too much to ask. Needless to say I had to band aid it in their parking lot. On a good note I did make it to my destination later that day.
