Service managers say one thing over the phone to get you there and then change their tune (& cost) upon arrival. This has happened multiple times, even with a Honda purchased from their lot. My family and anyone else I can persuade will never be returning.

Great customer service. Sunwest takes great care of my car and since I live out of town I had a list of things for them to look at. Great piece of mind to know my car is well taken care of. I trust them for future services even though they are quite a ways from home. Just love the exceptional customer service and the care.
