The Service crew from Karmart Nissan in Burlington, WA. took exemplary care of my 2009 Nissan Altima. Frank, Bob and Luis were very customer oriented as soon as I walked in the door. They kept me informed at every step of the way. They replaced the passenger seat air bag sensors and after they inspected my rear brakes and discovered they “really” needed to be replaced. I called around locally to get a better price but their quote was lower than everyone I called, so we had them do the rear brakes also. I also took the Altima back after my air bag light went off again. They looked for the problem and basically fixed it for free. I am very happy with the service I received and very impressed with the whole crew there! Go ahead and give them a chance to fix your Nissan. Sincerely, Bob Mataya
