I took our 2022 CRV-Hybrid in for a 30K mile check and was very pleased with the check-in process and thoroughness of the service performed. During routine maintenance its service technician found that the tires on the vehicle needed alignment, plus a couple of more things. One feature I valued was the technician working on my vehicle texted me with a video of the areas on which he was working. All-in-all, I was very pleased with the experience.
