I am very happy with the service from sales, credit, service and management team on my recent 2021 F150 purchase. They had the vehicle I wanted, fairly priced and completed the transaction in less than an hour. They prepared my vehicle and picked I it up the next day. Daryn did a great job going over the bells and whistles. They were also very respectful of our space considering the times. Thank you all. Steve

If I could give zero stars I would. Mr Howard Zussman was condescending towards me, he tried to make me feel like fords defective design was my fault and that I was 'lucky' they could repair my vehicle.
My 2000 mile out of warranty $57,000 truck had an intake control runner failure. Ford was wonderful and agreed to contribute to the repair. Mr. Zussman tried to be a hero and claim there were no replacements in the US but he could get one.....well the reason there are no parts is FORD knows there is a defect and has stopped making them pending a re-design. They charged me $129 to diagnose a failure that both my independent guy (free) and autozone (free)already diagnosed. Ford quoted me $1129 for the repair, but Londonderry ford charged me $1330, why ?....because we can, they failed to reimburse me the bogus diagnostic fee as well. My independent guy said the part was $473 and total repair for $900, funny how LONDONDERRY FORD charged me $750 for the same part I could have purchased for $300 less at the parts counter if I walked over there myself.
When I picked up my truck there was a (service?) manager in the parking lot swearing at the top of his lungs to two technicians about coding errors and audits, & as I paid my bill, he called my friend Mr. Zussman in the office and even through a closed door I could hear him swearing and yelling at the top of his lungs. I suspect he was concerned they weren't billing enough...... Yeah your 'professionals'.....sure. if you believe this is a customer facing organization that cares about their clients, have at it ....ok not for me ever again. Thank you FORD, no thank you Ford of Londonderry.

I bought a 51,000 dollar 2018 f-150. It has 34000 miles on it season getting colder and I have no heat. And this dealership will not provide a loaner car because I am 24. Age decriminalization sucks
