recall repair I selected this dealership because it was close to home, the car had been purchased in another city before I moved here. It was easy to set up an app I selected this dealership because it was close to home, the car had been purchased in another city before I moved here. It was easy to set up an appointment, they were well organized when I arrived at the dealership, and provided shuttle service so I did not have to wait at the dealership while my car was being worked on. The work was efficiently done, the car cleaned before it was returned, and they performed standard system checks and maintenance at no additional charge. They also checked the car and reported potential maintenance problems. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for service. More

They left a towel stuffed under my hood I had brought my Scion in for service at Andrew Toyota and a couple months later, I found an item sticking out from under my hood. I started to pull at it and a whole used, greasy towel came out! I can't believe they left a whole towel under my car! More

I really like Andrew Toyota Scion!!!! I bought my Toyota Yaris new in 2010. I have taken it to Andrew's for all my service needs since then. I was delighted (because I am a woman) to be tr I bought my Toyota Yaris new in 2010. I have taken it to Andrew's for all my service needs since then. I was delighted (because I am a woman) to be treated respectfully and pleasantly by the sales person, who did not "talk down" to me. I believe I got a good, fair deal at the sale. I have taken my care to Andrew's for all of the recommended service. I have always been treated well. I have told others about Andrew's and have learned that their prices are very competitive. The waiting area inside the dealership is very comfortable. I was very pleased, at my last visit, to be told of a solution to a problem -- My car has very low mileage and it is hard for me to check the tire pressure. The tire pressure was very low. The service rep told me about replacing air in the tires with nitrogen, which would not be affected by the winter weather. The price was reasonable and I had that done. It is one less thing for me to worry about! The free car wash and the chocolate chip cookies provide a delightful "Have a nice day" message when the service is completed. I highly recommend Andrew's. 70,000 Mile service I was met with a smile and my car's information was accessed quickly and the coupon I brought was used to reduce the charges. The work was complete in less time than estimated and the report on all they checked was complete. When I asked to have my cell phone made blue tooth accessible they did it immediately again with a smile. The hot chocolate was good too as were the cookies! All in all a happy customer. More
