This was our 2nd experience buying a vehicle from Luther Bloomington Hyundai. We purchased a 2020 Palisade during February 2020, but it was recently totaled in a rollover accident. Everyone walked away from the accident essentially unharmed, so I was insistent on driving another Palisade. We had such a great experience working with Abdi in 2020 that I contacted him following the accident. Abdi helped us secure a new vehicle during a time when new vehicles are in short supply. I cannot say enough good things about Abdi. He was so compassionate, helpful and responsive. Hands down the best experience we've ever had buying a vehicle. More
