I leased a 2017 Malibu from Major. Turned in my Malibu and leased a Trax. Dealer committed to pay the termination fee. That was 8 months ago. Numerous calls to dealer advising termination fee was not paid and leased a Trax. Dealer committed to pay the termination fee. That was 8 months ago. Numerous calls to dealer advising termination fee was not paid have been ignored. When asking for the manager the sales staff transfers me to another sales person. I'll pay the fee the dealer comitted to pay and never return to Major. More

Shady and unprofessional! Purchased car on Sunday and was told it would be ready the following day. Was not ready Monday, which is fine, I was in no rush. Tuesday I was told car is ready and when I tell them told it would be ready the following day. Was not ready Monday, which is fine, I was in no rush. Tuesday I was told car is ready and when I tell them I am coming to pick it up I was told “before you come let me double check to make sure car has been fully serviced”. It was not! I ended up picking it up on the Wednesday, where the car did not have any bulbs for the rear blinkers, but somehow passed the NYS inspection! Also, the backup camera was not working, which was one of the main reasons we chose this car. Customer service is awful and when they talk to you, you can feel there uncaring nature. In addition, as we were looking at cars multiple cars smelled like ashtrays and have do not look like they were ready to be sold, in my opinion. They want you in and out, very impersonal. Overall, would highly recommend going to another dealership, as this experience was very frustrating and took more time away then needed. More

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY I got my car from them 2 months ago to be exactly and it's a piece of crap, the first week the car start giving me a lot of problems, couldn't use it I got my car from them 2 months ago to be exactly and it's a piece of crap, the first week the car start giving me a lot of problems, couldn't use it for a most 2 weeks till I got a day off from work and took it to the car service, they "fix the ploblem" but a week after I got more mechanical problems. I checked the market and they have the car for 7500 and they sold it to me for 15000 "with all the discounts". I recommend you to check the market first and go to one of these dealerships in NJ, the have good prices.! More

New even got seen! I came in today to check out a car i have been looking out online. The appointment was for 12. As soon as I came in I was greeted and was told I would I came in today to check out a car i have been looking out online. The appointment was for 12. As soon as I came in I was greeted and was told I would be taken care of. In total I was there for about 2hrs. Never got to see the car or anything. On top of that the same sales man who said he would take care of me told me he was too busy for me. So after a few hours of waiting to check out a car I was really interested in I left. Please do yourself a favor and never go here. More

The advertised car was a salvage car wow at this point everything went down hill I was out of there he’ll no n thank god the next day I was approved to lease a Acura from the Acura dealer.. beware don’t fill out the credit application. Never will I go or recommend anyone here xxxx no!!! More
