This was the second time we returned to this dealership because we appreciated the extensive selection as well as the down-to-earth, knowledgeable app This was the second time we returned to this dealership because we appreciated the extensive selection as well as the down-to-earth, knowledgeable approach of the salesmen and management team many of which we dealt with directly. We inspected multiple vehicles and test drove the favorite. The whole process took up a lot of time but perhaps it was because they were very busy. In all fairness, they do handle all of the processes needed to drive it off the lot that same day on their end. Steve our salesman was very open and honest and helpful the entire time, did his best to rush the process for us after we had settled on a number. The staff we met along the way were all professional and friendly and you can tell this place is a well-oiled machine. I will be back. More

Happy Buyer I will start by saying this is my 3rd vehicle purchase from Major World. I had a very positive experience with Major World for both prior purchases a I will start by saying this is my 3rd vehicle purchase from Major World. I had a very positive experience with Major World for both prior purchases and the same for my most recent purchase. . For starters, I did my research on what type of vehicle I was interested in and what I could afford monthly. I also did my application for pre-approval a couple days before on Major World's website so I knew what to expect in regards to what I am approved for and how much of a deposit I would need. Upon arrival we were approached by Santana who became my salesman approached me. He researched and pulled my paperwork, I also had to fill out a couple of other forms and provide my personal documentation. My husband and I then met with Federico the finance manager. He asked us clearly what we were looking for and what was the amount we could afford as a payment. He then made some suggestions and we were on our way with Santana our salesman to view some vehicles. He showed us a couple of different SUV's some that was on our initial list and a couple that Francisco suggested. He made note of our interests, and we then test drove 2 of our preferences. After that we went back in to meet with Francisco to evaluate which vehicle would fit our budget the best. He also explained to us some differences in the cars we were considering to assist in our decision-making. We were also provided withe the CarFax report of the vehicles. Both vehicles we were considering had clean reports, nothing to complain about. Basically whichever vehicle we chose Federico made them both fall within our budget. We made our choice a 2013 Dodge Journey! Then we were off to work with the ladies who assisted us with transferring our insurance, they called our company and provided all the information, we signed our ownership papers, and waited for our vehicle to be ready. I felt both our salesman and the manager helped us tremendously, never forcing us with a "sales pitch" to make the sale. I do understand how people can be upset with the sales aspect of trying to purchase a car, but as a buyer you have to do your research and know your personal financial situation so you do not feel taken advantage of. I would 100% return to Major World and refer anyone I know who is looking for a car. Thank you to the entire staff who assisted us! More
