Hello, my name is AJ Castin, Business Manager for Germain Toyota of Columbus. I entered the automotive industry in 2014 joining the Germain team in November of 2016. I dedicated to providing our guests a quality experience with my “customer first guarantee” philosophy. Born and raised in Pickerington, OH I graduated from Pickerington Central High School. I love the fact that Football is BIG in the Columbus area. When I’m not working I enjoy relaxing, being outdoors, watching football, and riding motorcycles. If I were to be a superhero, it would have to be the Hulk, he can be normal and a destroyer all at the same time. My favorite vacation getaway is Florida, I have a lot of family there and I and I can relax and kick back listening to my favorite song Fix by Chris Lane. I also am very mechanically inclined so I find myself getting into certain items the interest me. My favorite Toyota is the Tacoma, there are unlimited things you can do with them.

Open and honest AJ was very nice and friendly. I went to other dealerships first and almost every one of them the sales people couldn't get away from using their pho AJ was very nice and friendly. I think he will do great in his chosen profession! Having been in sales for 40+ years I know how hard sales can be. AJ did a great job and I am very happy with his service even after I bought the car. More

Top Notch Customer Service This was our 2nd time purchasing a vehicle from Germain Toyota and the customer service was top notch!! Our previous purchase was a Toyota Highlander This was our 2nd time purchasing a vehicle from Germain Toyota and the customer service was top notch!! Our previous purchase was a Toyota Highlander and it was the best vehicle we have ever owned...We purchased another Highlander and look forward to the same satisfaction in driving our new one!! Very poor disclosure. Still trying to return the $479 floor mat package l was not told about. I would not have purchased the Sienna from Germain if I had been informed the Still trying to return the $479 floor mat package l was not told about. I would not have purchased the Sienna from Germain if I had been informed they were included. The cost of the service contracts was not disclosed except on the final sales contract. The finance agent talked only in terms of monthly payments when he knew full well that we intended to pay off the van within a few months. More
