Hi Gary, I am sorry to hear about your experience. Although it was disclosed, we offered to remove it. We are still happy to remove that and update the paperwork with the bank. We had set a time up for the repairs, tire, and detail and set all items up for this including a loaner but it was never dropped off. We are still happy to do all these and loaner when you are available; Any day you are available to drop off we will get it everything arranged.
