AJ is a very nice guy. He is new and therefore did not know everything. He did get the answers he did not know from the sale manager. All in all no complaints. So far it seems ok but might be losing air very slowly. As per our discussion if it continues then re expect it to be taken care of. We have been promised a detailing on the car since they did not do it when we picked it up. So long as this is honored. We have a due bill for the third wallet key that was missing. The one point is they were no sure on what the complimentary services that came with the car. A Lexus welcoming was sent to us a few days after we purchased the car. It states specifically that four serv ices come with the car (and certified is mentioned several times in the document). It states the first is at 5000 miles, which has occurred. The second is at 10,000 miles or 1 year. Third is at 20,000 miles or 2 years, and so forth. We expect this to be honored. So long as the above is honored we will be happy customers. If not, then not so much. More
