My only complaint is everytime I go in they change something on my display console and it takes me several days to figure out how to change it back or just live with it I’m not technology friendly. Unfortunately Travelers Insurance Company was very difficult to deal with in getting my Lexus repaired and it took 6 weeks to get their approval on all items to be repaired or replaced. Angela Pacheco difficult to deal with in getting my Lexus repaired and it took 6 weeks to get their approval on all items to be repaired or replaced. Angela Pacheco was the best advocate I could have asked to monitor and resolve all the issues. She had help from the Service Manager, but it was Angela who hung in there and dealt with such a difficult and uncooperative insurance adjuster. I wanted Lexus to repair the vehicle because I knew the car would be repaired correctly and I could be confident in driving it once it was returned.
