Unfortunately Travelers Insurance Company was very difficult to deal with in getting my Lexus repaired and it took 6 weeks to get their approval on all items to be repaired or replaced. Angela Pacheco difficult to deal with in getting my Lexus repaired and it took 6 weeks to get their approval on all items to be repaired or replaced. Angela Pacheco was the best advocate I could have asked to monitor and resolve all the issues. She had help from the Service Manager, but it was Angela who hung in there and dealt with such a difficult and uncooperative insurance adjuster. I wanted Lexus to repair the vehicle because I knew the car would be repaired correctly and I could be confident in driving it once it was returned.
