It is probably not a fair comparison to compare my recent purchase with my 2020 purchase. I was told that many more cars are purchased from out of state customers now than were in 2020. My purchase in 2020 was delivered by the sales person. Many of the car’s features were explained to me as they are when you purchase in person. I did not realize what a big help this was.
