Awesome buying experience with A.J I went into Arlington Toyota on Monday the 14th of July and received great customer service and help from AJ and Ricardo. They help me see all the available options and get the financing I needed in order to drive off the lot with the car I choose. Very pleasant atmosphere. I had the opportunity to work with Dominick Barksdale. Prior to coming to the dealership, Dominick had began answering many of my questions by phone. Once I arrived to the dealers with Dominick Barksdale. Prior to coming to the dealership, Dominick had began answering many of my questions by phone. Once I arrived to the dealership he showed me cars that meet my request and was patient until we found the perfect fit for my needs. He also made sure I understood the ends and outs of my purchase and has since followed up to ensure that all of my questions were addressed and that I was satisfied. I also meet with AJ who introduced me to the features of my new vechicle and assisted with the transfer of my personal items from my former vechicle. Both men were great to work with and was not in a hurry for a sale but made sure I had no reservations. Very polite, willing to assist and providing exceptional customer service. I am very happy with my final decision. Thank you!! More

Best way to buy a car! My experience with AJ Shurelds in purchasing my Prius was an absolute joy. He made sure I was taken care of and was aware of the process. As a woman My experience with AJ Shurelds in purchasing my Prius was an absolute joy. He made sure I was taken care of and was aware of the process. As a woman purchasing a car, I never felt that I was taken advantage of or led astray. My entire time in the dealership was short, I was delivered my car and shown shortcuts and info I needed to drive successfully. I felt like I had a friend on my side. I will buy again from Arlington Toyota and AJ for sure! More

Barksdale not only got me money off the vehicle by honoring the internet price but also was willing to work with me on my trade in. He was professional and honest and made the process of buying the vehicle quick and to the point. I have been to several dealerships prior and have not had this level of honesty in a salesman.
