Greeted right away. Service was completed in the time frame that was told to me. AJ is always professional and direct with what needs to be done. I had a recall complete Service was completed in the time frame that was told to me. AJ is always professional and direct with what needs to be done. I had a recall completed on my vehicle as well and with that taking extra time they were able to provide a rental car while the service and recall was being performed. All around very happy with the service provided. More

I can not say that the problem is resolved yet. I have to return tomorrow. The first rep I worked with was nice enough however when I came back what I was told was incorrect. Upon speaking to Marce I have to return tomorrow. The first rep I worked with was nice enough however when I came back what I was told was incorrect. Upon speaking to Marcellis. I discovered that not only was I mislead but that what I purchased would not fix the problem and would cost me 600$+ When I questioned what was happening, I was taken to an office and questioned, I felt like she was telling me it was my own fault and not the lack of service nor clarity on behalf of the department I was working with. As of now I am unhappy with the service provided and I expect more from people who are supposed to be there to guide me in my repair decisions so that this doesn't happen. She tried to tell me that the 175$ charge to diagnose the car was probably what he was trying to save me. If I had kept my business at Toyota they would have waved the fee if I chose to get the work done with them. More
