A dealership is only as good as it’s people I had a great experience with AJ !!! He helped us in a timely manner & was so kind I had car trouble in the midst of a death in my family He ordered my great experience with AJ !!! I can not say that the problem is resolved yet. I have to return tomorrow. The first rep I worked with was nice enough however when I came back what I was told was incorrect. Upon speaking to Marce I have to return tomorrow. The first rep I worked with was nice enough however when I came back what I was told was incorrect. Upon speaking to Marcellis. I discovered that not only was I mislead but that what I purchased would not fix the problem and would cost me 600$+ When I questioned what was happening, I was taken to an office and questioned, I felt like she was telling me it was my own fault and not the lack of service nor clarity on behalf of the department I was working with. As of now I am unhappy with the service provided and I expect more from people who are supposed to be there to guide me in my repair decisions so that this doesn't happen. She tried to tell me that the 175$ charge to diagnose the car was probably what he was trying to save me. If I had kept my business at Toyota they would have waved the fee if I chose to get the work done with them. More

My father took the car in once and I’ve taken it in twice. The CarPlay is still not fixed. My car is a 2024 and under warranty. It should not be so difficult to time consuming on my part to have th twice. The CarPlay is still not fixed. My car is a 2024 and under warranty. It should not be so difficult to time consuming on my part to have this resolved. My daughters phone works in every car in your lot but it doesn’t work in her own car. AJ has been very pleasant to work with but 3 times is too many. He told me I should be expect a resolution by Friday but I reached out to him on Friday and AJ said Honda has been contacted and that it’s now in their hands. This needs to be resolved ASAP. I trusted HONDA as I currently have 3 Hondas and I have had 6 in the past. I bought her this 2024 new vehicle so that she would have CarPlay. It’s under warranty and needs to be fixed ASAP. I’d like to be contacted by the factory rep at this time. More
