He was trying to sell me something he didn't even know had been done. Furthermore, on my last invoice, he didn't itemize the repair at all; he just put $1,700 and that's it. This last service, which cost over $1,800, also does not appear in my history on the website.

I mentioned that I was seeing a 'low tire pressure' indicator (for the driver's side front tire) on the dashboard and asked them to check the sensors as the other sensors were showing same or even lower amounts of tire pressure and NOT indicating 'low tire pressure'. Tires were checked and inflated to 39 PSI a little more than the 35 PSI that is recommended.
