When I got home I complained to general manager George Mathews who said he "wanted to make things right"-- and then sent me a price sheet that was HIGHER than the price that we agreed on and another sales person offered. Quick and honest I was a loyal customer of a different dealer (wilde honda in brookfield). With my last vehicle purchase, they were dishonest and ran us through a long and arduous process where it was the stereotypical TV show worthy car salesman BS. I told the sales rep at Russ Darrow about my experience with Wilde and said i would be done with Hondas if that got repeated. They were honest and upfront about my expectations and what they could or couldnt meet. I was originally looking to buy my honda at a time where there were no promos occurring and they immediately said "you can buy it now, but the pricing would not meet your expectations and you can get a way better deal at a later time". I'm so happy they told me that, and they kept in close contact with me and notified me when the deals were perfect to fit my needs. I'm so happy with Russ Darrow and our sales rep Amanda, they've earned all of our business from now on. More
