I came in for an inspection on my RAV4. It took almost 2 1/2 hrs. I understand things are busy at times but if I had been informed ahead of time that it would take that long I would have ca It took almost 2 1/2 hrs. I understand things are busy at times but if I had been informed ahead of time that it would take that long I would have came back another time. Usually it takes no more than 1/2 hr. Good customer service is communicating right from the beginning all the way thru. I had to go find the person that initially started with to find out why it was taking so long. I think someone forgot about us. If I hadn’t asked who knows how long my wife and I would have had to wait. I think she was new on the job, but hopefully this feedback won’t go unnoticed. More
