They DO NOT stand behind their products. They tote about being a family owned business…the family either doesn’t know or doesn’t care how poor the management is at communication and resolvin They tote about being a family owned business…the family either doesn’t know or doesn’t care how poor the management is at communication and resolving issues. We bought a vehicle for $30,000 with 25k miles on it and were told it was in great condition, tip top. Less than 24 hours later the transmission isn’t working correctly. Took a week of emailing and calling the GM, Tony Yazbeck, and manager, Steve Powell, multiple times to call us back. Tony still hasn’t...maybe he doesn’t work there anymore because of his lack of communication skills. When we finally had a *brief* conversation with Steve Powell, after a week, we are given ridiculous excuses and passing the buck, and once again haven’t heard from anyone to rectify the situation. We had to pay almost $700 to flush the transmission fluid and it still shudders. They are either incompetent, and don’t fully check their trade-in vehicles, or have no problem selling them on their lot, knowing there’s a problem, and simply don’t care. More
