Dealership and especially the salesperson Ken were excellent to work with. Dealership was spotless and had very nice amenities, coffee etc. I have purchased Lexus vehicles (3 thus far) and wanted a ve excellent to work with. Dealership was spotless and had very nice amenities, coffee etc. I have purchased Lexus vehicles (3 thus far) and wanted a vehicle to pull a small travel trailer with and purchased a 4Runner Limited because of my prior dealings with Toyota . Compared to other brands Toyota seems to take customer care and satisfaction to the next level and was very impressed with Metro Toyota in particular as they bent over backwards to accommodate my pricing and needs, no stress dealings. Ken was also an extremely personal customer oriented individual and made it a very pleasurable experience, hats off to all personnel I worked with More

I worked with two salesmen over two days and I could not have been more satisfied with my experience. The first car I wanted didn't work out, but I was so encouraged by my experience with the first salesman have been more satisfied with my experience. The first car I wanted didn't work out, but I was so encouraged by my experience with the first salesman that I was determined to go back and find a car a this specific dealer. I did not feel pressured or obligated in any way and both salemen explained each step and answered all my questions. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. More
