Aaron arranged for my vehicle to have 2 recall items fixed. Aaron took his time and what was being fixed and approximately how much time it time I will be waiting for my vehicle. EXPRESS OIL CHANGE is Not express Over 2 hours waiting on an express oil change is rediculous. Same excuses given as the last time for it taking so long. My expectation of express is i Over 2 hours waiting on an express oil change is rediculous. Same excuses given as the last time for it taking so long. My expectation of express is immediately in and out in about 30 minutes. That is what I am used to from express. I suggest you change the name to something else that does not imply no waiting. More
