Philip, our apologies for the confusion with the tow trucking dropping off the vehicle. The tow truck driver had wrapped the keys in a piece of paper that had been set aside on a desk. We always ask that tow truck drivers dropp the keys directly with an advisor, but sometimes that doesn't always happen. We have also coached our greeters on the proper process that needs to be followed when tow truck drivers are dropping off vehicles. As far as the correct estimates, as we are aware the advisor has been in communication with you for more accurate pricing. As a Toyota dealership, our focus is primarily on servicing Toyota vehicles. While Lexus shares Toyota's parent company, we do not specialize in Lexus vehicles.
