I went to Rayal Kia because a friend recommended. He said they go through all there used cars to make sure there are no problems. I was not disappointed. When I went there they were having computer problems. Problems that were affecting car dealers across the country. The car that I wanted to buy I thought was a nice car. But when they got it in the garage they found problem. My sales lady Nicole recommended that l shouldn't take the car because of the problems. Dealers that have worked with in the past would not have done that. They would have sold me the car anyway. The car that Rolal Kia recommended was 7 years old but only had 9000 miles. Some time later I took it to a car wash. The man that wiped it down said he has never seen a car that old in such good condition. Later I took the car to a Firestone dealer to balance the front tires. When I went back to pick up the car the man at the counter said he was amazed at the condition of the car. He said that usually a car that old they find something that needs attention and they make a recommendation to the owner. They told me that they were surprised that they couldn't find any issues in a 7 year old car. I am very happy with the car and the excellent service that I received from Nichole at Royal Kia. More
