Without a lot of detail, the transaction involved a loan thru one bank and payments thru another. Trebor jumped in and simplified the situation to the extent we only had to deal with one bank. Although the process took about two weeks, he never gave up and got us payments anyone could afford. This is our second Toyota and Trebor will sell us out third and fourth. One of things i like the most about the team is those salesman are standing outside and its freezing outside ready and eager to help. We worked with Trebor Moore and Patrick Zills this go around and they were very helpful. We carried on conversations like we had known each other for years. We communicated by phone and in person all the way until the deal was complete. And when the first car didnt work out Trebor pointed us on to a different route but in the same direction in what we were looking for and made it happen.
