Was told they could not hold car with down payment when they would not sell me a The purchase process was like getting teeth pulled without pain meds. Was told they could not hold car with down payment when they would not sell me a car on previous visit because it was being held for a former employee. There was extremely little give on the advertised prize. Waited 30 minuets in showroom floor to see the finance manager and total time to close the deal was at least 2 hours. The car was supposed to be filled with fuel, but when I drove the 2 miles home I noticed the gas gauge slightly above half full. The sales manager offered me a 1 year key replacement/dent removal package to try to close the deal. I latter was told that was a standard package on all sales. Just felt the whole purchase was unprofessional and agonizing. More
