We arrived to the dealership on a cold Saturday Aaron Fisk was our Sales Experience Manager and he was nothing shy of excellence from start to finish. We arrived to the dealership on a cold Saturday morning and as we approached the dealership, he was there holding the door for us with a warm smile and greeting. We teater tottered on color and features as we went through the selection process and Aaron patiently walked through all the available options with us, including ordering. Even though it was the last Saturday of the month, there was no pressure. Once the pricing came into discussion, he made it very simple and straight forward. No hardballing and he made us a fair offer in which neither party was on the losing end. He handled all of the paperwork, went through the warranty and product options(again with no pressure to purchase anything), and turned our new vehicle in to be prepared by the time we wrapped up paperwork. The vehicle was for our mom who isn't super tech savvy and in knowing that, he patiently went through the basics and offered to have us come back for another walk through once she had a chance to familiarize herself with the basics. If you want a car buying experience that is not your typical gut wrenching experience, Aaron is the guy! Thanks for everything, we love our new Cayenne! More
