We were not exactly sure what we were looking for, but with the assistance of Aaron, he explained all the vehicles and the options that would best suit us and we picked out our new car. He even let us bring our dog in to jump in the back of the showroom cars to make sure he'd fit. Now that's service! The facility is very nice. Easy access service area and a comfortable showroom and waiting area. But most of all we appreciated Aaron's knowledge and honesty, straight shooter. We will definitely come back for our next vehicle and look Aaron up! More

Aaron called me almost immediately after I made on online inquiry about a 2007 Subaru Impreza. Aaron described an extremely well taken care of vehicle, but being from Seattle, I was a little hesitant to mak inquiry about a 2007 Subaru Impreza. Aaron described an extremely well taken care of vehicle, but being from Seattle, I was a little hesitant to make the 4 hour trek to look at it. Luckily, my dad was in the area and was able to swing by Subaru of Spokane and look at the car. My dad reported that the car was exactly as described in the online ad I had seen. I thought that trading in my vehicle would be a hassle since I was on the other side of the state, but Aaron suggested that I take pics of my trade in and e-mail them to him so that he could give me a quote on trade in value. Aaron presented a fair offer and after a little more negotiation (with help from my dad who was still at the dealership), the deal became even better, plus I was given an interest rate that was .51% lower than what I was paying on my trade-in. I left Seattle at 5 pm and rolled into Spokane at a little after 9 and even though Subaru of Spokane closes at 8 pm, Aaron waited for me and I was able to take a look at it and take it for a test drive. Mary and Aaron had already prepared the paperwork, and after a few quick signatures, I had my 2007 Subaru Impreza! I would definitely recommend Subaru of Spokane as a place to buy a vehicle, no matter where in the northwest you live. More

My wife and I were in the market for a new or certified new car AWD. I stopped in to check out the new Subaru Legacy so I could tell her about it. We were looking at another car up North at another well kn new car AWD. I stopped in to check out the new Subaru Legacy so I could tell her about it. We were looking at another car up North at another well known dealership that day so I wanted to see what Subaru of Spokane had in our price range. I met with Aaron and he was very helpful and trustworthy in helping me look at Subaru vehicles. I left and met my wife at the other car lot up North and we were very displeased by how we were handled and left very dissatisfied. It was like an act of congress to even get a test drive so we left. I contacted the dealership and let them know what had happened. They came back with a lot of apologies and wanted to make it right with us. I told my wife how nice I was treated at Subaru of Spokane and convinced her to look at the Subaru Legacy. We made an appointment with Aaron,but he was not going to be in on Saturday so he made arrangements for us to meet with someone else. Unfortunately I did not make my appointment because I got called out on a wild land fire instead. On Mothers Day I checked Subaru of Spokane's website and found that they were open by my surprise so the wife and kids headed to Spokane. The large lot up North was closed on our way by so we headed to Subaru of Spokane. I met with Dustin Capshaw and explained who I had dealt with and what had happened. Dustin did his best to fill in and explained Aaron was off and he would fill in for Aaron without me feeling I was doing something wrong. My wife and I were so glad to have another sales person that was as great as my experience with Aaron. Dustin did a great job and helped my kids and I make my wife's Mothers Day a success. Thanks again Dustin! We are very happy with the car,the price,and especially the integrity of you and the way you do business with customers! More

Before I even was able to get down there Aaron actually called me looking to see what I was interested which I thought was quite nice! As soon as I walked in the doors I was automatically showered with hellos and how can I help yous! And being a first time buyer I was a bit nervous but when I began talking Aaron he made me feel comfortable. What made me feel better was the fact that he actually told me the pros and cons of each car which most dealers don't do. When I decided on a car Aaron made sure to go through each line of all the paperwork with me to make sure I agreed with everything I was signing. That day I left with my car and have been happy with it ever since!!! When I had to come back a few days later to correct some paperwork I saw Aaron again though he was busy with customers so I left not getting a chance to talk and I ended up getting a phone call from him making sure everything was alright! Through all the car shopping I did to find the car I wanted I never had such great customer service and I will definitely go back and even reccomended them!! More

We found a 2007 Jeep Commander we liked online at Subaru of Spokane. Aaron was very kind and sent me pictures and my husband and I asked questions which Aaron happily answered for us. He had a couple days off from work, but went in to his job to take a few pics and also kept in touch with us when we contacted him(as he gave me his cell number to call if I had any questions)even on his days off. I told Aaron we wouldn't be able to come up until the weekend which is when he offered to drive the vehicle to us. I was really amazed at this and told my husband and he too was amazed that he'd drive the vehicle that far to deliver it to us. Well, needless to say it saved us a trip to Spokane and we did all the negotiating over the phone. We were given a 60 day warranty on the Jeep and we did have to use it for a minor wiring issue and we had no problems getting it fixed and paid for. My husband and I think Aaron went well above his job expectations to help us get into this vehicle in a very timely manner. When we tell people they delivered it to us, they all are amazed and we definitely give them the name of the dealership and Aaron who drove it here. We are very impressed with him and the dealership and will definitely recommend them to anyone who asks. We love our vehicle. Thanks everyone! More

Aaron was professional, courteous, and worked tirelessly to find a vehicle to meet my needs. He stayed late after he was off to see the deal complete.
