Fantastic service, Caring and compassionate I was referred to Djiby by Simon Vogel who has also bought a car from him. Simon had already told be how fantastic Djiby was so I decided to head off I was referred to Djiby by Simon Vogel who has also bought a car from him. Simon had already told be how fantastic Djiby was so I decided to head off to Royal. At the time of my first visit I had not yet received my social security number but Djiby was willing to take all my information and get my process strated (Something that any other dealership did not want to consider doing.) Djiby then let me put down a deposit on the car so that he can hold it for me till I receive my SSN. This was out of Good Faith as he had to take the car off the floor for me and believe that I would keep to my promise. Djiby also compromised and gave me a better deal on the vehicle. I highly recommend Royal VW and Djiby. He made a really sour situation for me a a lot smoother. He was willing to help and give me information whenever I asked. He stayed late if he had to. He really does go out of his way to make sure his client is happy. THANKS A LOT DJIBY. I LOVE MY GTI More
