I have done a lot of jobs and careers in my life and selling cars is one of them and I have been doing that for almost two decades. Royal is the only Dealership I have worked for. I enjoy working at Royal because our primary focus is the customer. Each employee here work together as a team to serve the customer. I have the best customers in the world. I have a relationship with them deeper than just a business transaction . . . I consider them all friends. Most of my customers have purchased multiple vehicles from me . . . I am a dad and granddad . . . and I can honestly say relationships both with family and friends is one of the things that makes life meaningful and significant.

Several reasons I give this dealership a low rating. I only service my wife's VW Beetle there. for instance, this morning I had a 7:45 appt. I was asked if I was waiting on the car. Service advisor told me it would be two hours. It is now 4:30 and I'm having to call them after leaving a message earlier in the day. The second, is I was shopping for a 2021 Tiguan SE R-Line for a friend. The price listed on the internet before fees is $28,243. I'm texted a price, but the price is only valid if you finance through them. Nothing on any internet ad says you have to finance to get that price, plus then they want to add bogus fees like $499 for some basically insurance policy if you were to get hit in first three years and $499 window tint. Those should be already in the sale price not added after. So basically, they want to change the price by $4,357.00 if I don't finance through VW @ standard rates. Very disappointed in the customer service and sales at this point. We ended up buying from Hiley VW in Huntsville and paid more for the car because of better customer service. More

I've bought a few cars in my life and this was the easiest transaction that I've been through. Don Thomas was very thoughtful in his approach to my needs in purchasing a vehicle. Over the years I have bought many vehicles through Don Thomas. I bought Volvo, Buick, VW and GMC. It's always a pleasure to deal with Don. He is very knowledgeable about the vehicles. The last three wer Thomas. I bought Volvo, Buick, VW and GMC. It's always a pleasure to deal with Don. He is very knowledgeable about the vehicles.
