Wonderful Experience Everyone I dealt with at this place was helpful, they made us feel like they really cared about our needs not just selling a vehicle. I can't remember all the names but Jodi was our sales agent today, she did a wonderful job just laying out what they had when I told her what our needs were. The finance people were wonderful then Jordan the finance/paper work person did an excellent job of explaining everything and giving us our options. I received a deal I would have never thought possible. Shout out to Josh F who was also very helpful and nice and Aaron for calling and saying come on in I think we can help when I made an online inquiry. There was also the behind the curtain man that don't know his name but he contacted the banks to get the best deal. This was the second time we purchased from Kia and the experience was even better this time than last. More

Second car purchase from Paramount Kia in 4 months We had an excellent experience with this dealership in April, 2017 when we purchased a Kia Soul for our daughter. So, I decided to "just go by" and l We had an excellent experience with this dealership in April, 2017 when we purchased a Kia Soul for our daughter. So, I decided to "just go by" and look at the Optima. Our original sales person was no longer there so Jodi Biltonen offered to help us. She let us drive several models of Optima (regular, hybrid, plug-in hybrid) and was not pushy at all. Gave us lots of information. I am not usually an impulse buyer but when I got the quote from Aaron, we ended up going over and leasing the Optima plug-in. I absolutely love the car. I was really trying to get out of there fast so from finance to use of the vehicle, I really didn't get much of an explanation (my fault) but Jodi kept checking back with me and got me back in, at my convenience, to detail the car and answer any questions I had on the vehicle. She was great to get me the answers I needed. I would definitely recommend her and this dealership. More

It's a 2018 with all the featu One of the reasons we decided to lease the Sorento was because of the quality of this dealership. Yes, we love the car. It's a 2018 with all the features you could hope to have on a new one. But when you buy or lease a car, you always have to be concerned about the inevitable service. We had previously owned a KIA and had it serviced here at Paramount and we were always impressed by the quality of the service. When we returned this past week for a look at the new cars, we were very impressed by how we were greeted and the attitude of the people we met. When we returned to make a deal, Jarrad, our original contact was busy with a client and we ended up dealing with Odie. He's a real professional. When we ran into a snag, Aaron stepped in and finally made everything work. Thanks guys, it was a real pleasure dealing with you. Frank and Inge More
