Very much liked doing the road test at my home. Did not like the pressure to "Add-On" warranties. My buying experience was great until it wasn't. This is our 4th KIA, the last 3 purchased at this dealership. Mr. Castle was an excellent salesman. Very helpful and informative. The car was missing This is our 4th KIA, the last 3 purchased at this dealership. Mr. Castle was an excellent salesman. Very helpful and informative. The car was missing a 2nd key fob and an owners manual. Mr. Castle assured me I would get both. After multiple phone calls, (a text and email that he said he didn't recieve), I finally reached out to Jaimie Cummings the customer relations mgr. She very helpful and shortly after Mr. Castle called and had set up an appointment for me to come in and get the key fob and owners manual. He told me he would meet me in the service dept. I brought my car in. Service took care of the key fob (they are excellent). But, Mr. Castle did not show. After my car was ready, I left a note on his desk to please mail the manual to me. That never happened either. So, I ended up buying one to the tune of $72.40 from EBAY. I plan to send cooperate the bill. Will I buy from here again? Absolutely. This was the first bad experience I"ve ever had with this dealer. I hope the next one will be what I have come to expect from this dealership. More
