We probably spent 5 hours before deciding and the whole time Aaron was was great made us laugh and helped us get what we wanted for the price we wanted. The salesperson and finance person I dealt with were really good. The only issue is that I responded to an email send from the General Manager (David Dondanville). My response was concerning an issue I had with the grossly inflated price above the MSRP. He did not have the wherewithal to respond to my email. That was overly concerning, enough not to recommend the dealership to anyone I know nor use them again. I was warned by another KIA dealership about the pricing at Jenkins, but they did not have the car I wanted. Shame on me for not waiting. More

The people at Jenkins were all great, my service consultant, the guy in parts and the salesperson I just had a laugh with while waiting for my 2022 Kia Telluride getting its oil changed. I didn’t even buy the car from them and they all made me feel welcomed and appreciated for choosing and trusting Jenkins Kia to service my SUV, it made me wish I had bought the Telluride from them. Oh yea, and the follow up a few days later asking if all was great. You don’t see that kind of concern from many dealers. My next car and there will be one very soon is definitely coming from Jenkins Kia. More
