Aaron provided absolutely outstanding service from start to finish. He originally sold me my 2024 Lexus, and because of how great that experience was, I came back to him when I decided to upgrade to my 2026 to finish. Before making my initial purchase three years ago, I worked with Aaron, but we couldn’t agree on numbers, so I bought elsewhere. I chose to return to this dealership specifically because of Aaron. Unfor worked with Aaron, but we couldn’t agree on numbers, so I bought elsewhere. I chose to return to this dealership specifically because of Aaron. Unfortunately, just like every typical dealership horror story, everything changed the moment I sat down with finance. By far, this was the worst experience I’ve had at any dealership! I’m not sure what tactic Simon Robles (finance) was using, but the entire interaction felt rushed. I asked him several times to explain things because he spoke so fast and glossed over important details. When he did answer, his responses were dismissive- “Oh, it’s not important. That’s for the dealership." He added items to the deal even after I clearly asked him to remove them. One example: he tried to add a “stolen protection device” that had a visible dollar amount, yet claimed “Lexus is giving it to you for free- in case your car gets stolen, they’ll be able to track it.” When I questioned it and asked for it to be removed, he became irritated and said, “You don’t want free stuff?” He flipped through pages quickly and spoke so fast that it was difficult to follow or fully understand what I was signing. The more questions I asked, the more frustrated he became. Before agreeing to return to finalize the deal, he had promised a full detail with ceramic coating and that he would waive a $499 fee. I texted Aaron asking if Simon would substitute the detail/ceramic coating for a service credit instead, since my car already has PPF. Aaron confirmed Simon agreed- this was the only reason I came back. But once in the office, halfway through signing, Simon said it would be either the service credit or the fee waiver, completely reneging on what was promised. At that point, I just wanted to get it over with. It was also disappointing that Aaron never followed up about the experience, yet repeatedly called me about a form that needed to be signed. I explained that the delay was due to the lack of clear explanation in the finance office. He arranged a call with Simon, but when I asked simple questions, I was again met with dismissive comments like “It’s very simple” and “It’s from the State,” with no real explanation. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience, and I will not be returning. More
