When I arrived at the dealership, I spoke with one salesman, whom I liked (John) and had talked with in the past, but because I had a recent internet inquiry with another (JR), they made me work with that Salesman, who didnt seem very interested in working with me. I had a substantial ($10k+) down payment. Emails were an issue. They were emailing an old email of mine, even though all they had to do, to email me was reply to the emails I sent them. So (4) days later, I ended up getting a RAM 2500 Laramie with one less option on it for $4,500 less than Tyson wanted at another Dodge Dealer. That Dealer's sales staff was great! Patient, answered every minuscule question I and my wife had. Worked with us, because they knew we were serious buyers. The sad thing about this. I have bought (2) vehicles from Tyson in the past, but that doesnt seem to matter to them. They dont give you any better treatment than a person who has never bought from them. Wont ever try to buy a car from them ever again. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TYSON DODGE TO ANYONE More
