Bob Adams was very friendly and explained all the details of the vehicle we were test driving, He went out of his way to make sure we got the deal we were hoping for and even though it was late on a Friday night, we never felt rushed. The manager came and thanked us before leaving for the evening and even the finance department made it easy. I would definitely recommend going there and am looking forward to getting to know my new Jeep Cherokee! More

The worst This service staff could care absolutely less about their customers. I spoke to three different Service writers. They all spoke poorly of the dealer This service staff could care absolutely less about their customers. I spoke to three different Service writers. They all spoke poorly of the dealership. I feel bad for the. Because they obviously hate their jobs and where they work. Even with a vehicle disabling and dangerous situation on a 2019 vehicle, I was told to get in line: It would be several days before they would look at it. There is no such thing as an emergency here. That would cause them more work. I will never buy here again. I would feel bad for anyone that does. I witnessed them treating 4 customers poorly in 25 minutes. I can’t imagine running a service dept. without emergency service. Usually poor business practices root themselves out. No wonder the place is for sale and there are no takers. Not all Jeep dealers are as poor as Tyson. I took my car to an alternative and it was repaired in 45 minutes. More

Excellent experience all around It was time for a new truck and Tyson was recommended by a family member so I had a look. I met Tim my first stop in and he was easy going through who It was time for a new truck and Tyson was recommended by a family member so I had a look. I met Tim my first stop in and he was easy going through whole time. We took a very quick test drive around the block knowing I was not in any position that day to make a decision. I went back for a follow up and he was able to continue with me and we worked out a great deal and I ended up with a new Ram truck. Closing the deal and going thru the document portion was equally as smooth and NO high pressure for add ons. It was all sensible. Great experience all around. More
