Bob really does his best to listen. Bob isn't pushy by any means. Hes a good person in general! We always have good conversation with him too!! Of course they want the best deal for them to make the most money but we spend countless hours there trying to get the price right for us. The finance department is always helpful. Steve gets all the paperwork done in a timely manner and is so friendly. Aaron came up to us and asked what else they can do to get the sale. He didn't have to do that but he knew we were somewhat hesitant upgrading my car. He really wanted to make sure our wants were a priority. We appreciated that. I don't think we will ever purchase a car elsewhere. More

In searching Jeep dealers we ca We were in the market for a new Jeep Wrangler but could not find the package (Freedom Edition) that we wanted locally. In searching Jeep dealers we came across Tyson Motors and decided to make the over 100 mile drive there on a Sunday afternoon to look at their inventory. Tyson had over 125 wranglers in stock and we located the unit that we wanted. I called and spoke to Sales Manager Aaron on the phone for a price and he was able to quote me the price on one without any pressure. He put me in touch with Jeep specialist Jason and we made the trip back to Tyson on Tuesday to purchase the Jeep. Jason was bust but took great care of us. We also financed the Jeep and Steve was fantastic to work with. If you need financing hes the guy! More

How it should be done On , On Tuesday, April 1th, 2018 I visited a local dealership in search of a late model Grand Cherokee with fairly low miles. The best deal there was On , On Tuesday, April 1th, 2018 I visited a local dealership in search of a late model Grand Cherokee with fairly low miles. The best deal there was a 2015 Summit with almost 40K miles and a rather high price. On Wednesday, April 18th I visited Tyson motors in Shorewood, IL. Walking through the door I was greeted by two sales people and chose to speak with the young man. After a brief chat he showed me to a 2017 Grand Cherokee with only 14,500 or so miles on it. After an impressive drive in it we got the n4ext issue - price. I felt the price was too high and to make a long story short left knowing I'd imparted too much information to the rep while not getting much of a price reduction. I'd also agreed to bring my wife the next day as this was to be her car. So, Thursday, April 19th my wife and I arrived at the agreed upon time and me3t with the rep. He had parked the car right in front and he proceeded to present my wife with a very clear but concise explanation of the various options and systems on it. We went for a drive and she was suitably impressed although it wasn't the color we wanted. After a brief discussion we elected to move on to other dealerships. That's when the rep really sprang into sales action and asked if we would consider a 2018 model on the lot. Out of politeness we agreed to do so. Long story short, we wound up purchasing a new 2018 Grand Cherokee and drove it home. This would not have happened if we felt we had been mistreated or our desires ignored. This 'kid' has been selling autos for 6 years and is only 25 years old. While I feel we did leave some discounts on the table it was a willful decision and we're very pleased with the car so far. More

Within a very short time he emailed me that he found what we wanted and that he could get it for us. This was after several visits to other dealerships without any timely follow up from them. I was so impressed at how promptly he replied to our questions. It was worth our time to make the hour drive to Tyson Motor. It was a pleasure working with Jason, Aaron the Manager and Steve in the Finance office. We were most impressed with the fact that we were not told one thing on the phone and another thing when we got there. It was a very straight forward and comfortable experience. More
