Joe the sales specialist was very informative, extremely helpful and new the product well along with all the features that came with the vehicle. He went above and beyond and even stayed after working hours helpful and new the product well along with all the features that came with the vehicle. He went above and beyond and even stayed after working hours to make sure we had everything we needed for the new car and help set everything up. I would have like to negotiate a sunroof or remote start in the pricing but there was no budging with cost with the manager a sunroof was one of the features i really wanted in the purchase of a new car. Overall great exp. Came in after having surveyed several dealerships for best price and these guys won (with a little haggle). Hyer and Rick Ricart did a nice job of staying in touch via email. I had an suv that was a gas hog and with gas prices near $4 a gallon I decided to trade my car in for a new car that was good on gas. I decided to go to Ricart because of their selection I wanted to sit in $4 a gallon I decided to trade my car in for a new car that was good on gas. I decided to go to Ricart because of their selection I wanted to sit in a couple of different makes and models and they were a one stop shop for my needs. I had no intention of buying a car that day but the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable and when I left there I was driving my very first brand new car. I did not feel any pressure whatsoever and the staff were very kind and patient with me. I would reccomend Ricart to everyone. I love my 2012 Hyundai Accent! We're dealin! Michael Bruce More
